This joyful and varied collection of traditional Tanzanian music comes from the communities of Liuli and Hongi in Ruvuma diocese on the shores of Lake Nyasa, Mbinga district. It is very far even in Tanzania, and the collection reflects the joyful spontaneity and vibrancy unique to Africa. This is the second music production that Jeanette Forsyth has made with the Chipukizi choir, the sale of their first recording paying for school fees and uniforms for many Ruvuma girls.
